Today I woke up craving for sweets.

Have you ever feel like that? 

I had. Many times. It happens usually when I have a disappoint, When I'm exhausted or stressed....When it's raining (like today)....When I feel cold....When I.....Wait. It happens to me almost everyday.

Confession: I'm a sweet addicted. That's why this morning I ate chocolate like I was crazy. And I'm ready for more. 

If you feel like that too, just run to the kitchen and follow your tastes. I mean...that's the only logical/delicious option. 

Sometimes you have to follow your instincts. Let it go.

Hoy me he levantado con antojo de dulces. Alguna vez os habéis sentido así?? Yo sí. Muchas veces. Me pasa normalmente cuando sufro una decepción, cuando estoy exhausta o estresada...Cuando llueve(como hoy)...Cuando hace frío....Cuando...Un momento. Me pasa prácticamente todos los días.

Confesión: Soy adicta a los dulces. Esa es la razón (mayoritaria) de que hoy por la mañana me hinchara a chocolate como una loca. Y estoy lista para más. 

Si os sentís también así, corred hacia la cocina y seguid vuestros gustos personales. Quiero decir...esa es la única opción lógica/deliciosa. 

A veces hay que seguir los instintos. Dejarse llevar.
